Ms. Richa is currently a Director at SDA Ventures LLC, a firm focused on assisting emerging growth companies through large multinational companies, primarily in the health & wellness, functional ingredient, and nutritional products markets, on matters including corporate development, business acquisition, customer relations, growth strategies and corporate finance.

Before joining SDA, Ms. Richa spent twelve years at JDA Software, where she held multiple positions, ultimately becoming Senior Manager responsible for Customer Success in the Americas. Her team worked with Fortune 500 companies, including those in the food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries, to deliver end to end supply chain optimization.

Ms. Richa graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2005, where she studied Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing.
